Letting & Rent Collection (preparing particulars, advertising, conducting viewings, reference and credit checks, preparing tenancy agreement, lodging deposit) - 10% of first year’s rent & £350 Set up fee.

Letting & Management (as above plus management throughout tenancy) - 14% of first year’s rent & £350 Set up fee

Energy Performance Certificate - Starting from £55 varying on property size.

Gas safety check - £55 per property.

Electrical safety check - £200 per property
​
Additional inspections (in addition to routine inspections under Management service) - £25 per visit

Tenancy renewal fee (negotiating and documenting renewal) (Landlord fee) - £50

Tenancy Variation and Amendments - Changes to a current signed tenancy Ie removal of a tenant or adding tenant on etc. £50 maximum chargeable fee.

Professional cleaning - Varies On Property Size

Default Fee for lost key or security device to access property (as stated in the tenancy agreement) - £24

Interest for late payment of rent which is 14 days or more overdue (as stated in the tenancy agreement) Rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate.
