West Way Lettings Ltd has been a long term idea which has recently become a reality, based in Billingham we currently manage over 100 properties though this is increasingly monthly and strive to give excellent customer satisfaction whether your a landlord or tenant, we aim to please.
We offer three main packages from the simple tenant find for the DIY landlord, a rent collect package, or the most popular being the fully managed package.
Fully Managed
Fully Managed is he most popular package, where you sit back relax and watch the money land in the bank every month, its the perfect hands off approach.
We take care of everything such as the collection of the rent, any maintenance jobs which are reported, yearly certifications and inspections carried out, should a tenant move out we ensure a new one is found and moved in as quickly as possible.
Rent Collect & Tenant Find
The rent collect package is the middle package where we find you a tenant and ensure rent is collected every month, but you do the maintenance and yearly checks.

Tenant find, is the lower package perfect for the landlord whom wants to get involved them selves but its quite sure where to start. With this package we pair you up with a tenant set up the paper work and the rest is left to you.
This package costs 10% of the first 6months rent, minimum fee applies.
